The debate has been going on for a long time with expertise on how long exercise or exercise can be good and long-lived for health every day.

Some say that 30 minutes of exercise is done every day, and someone says that more exercise will be beneficial for health. 150 minutes of moderate excercise every week is beneficial for health. There are currently guide lines. However, there is no opinion about Exercise Upper Limit or maximum time to exercise.

Researchers found that, those who have excercised 150 minutes a week, 31 percent less than the risk of heart attack who did not exercise for the next 14 years. Those who exercise 450 minutes a week, 39 percent less than those with heart attacks or other health risks. However, many experts feel that it is better to not exercise any kind of exercise or long time exercise.

However, Dr. Cooke Gabel, a researcher at the James Cook University in Australia, thinks 150 minutes a week is good for the body. There is no harm to those who are used to sweating more often. However, there is no reason to believe that health benefits will be higher.
